I had an issue with shipping and the customer service rep emailed me back right away. A replacement was out and on its it way to me right away. The dash cover is great quality and fits well. Suprising that they had one for my old work car.The only complaint i have is not with the dash cover. The rep was awesome in getting another out to me quickly BUT I paid extra for faster shipping and I waited 10-12 days I think? The first one when it was supposedly delivered by FedEx was not two day shipping it was about 5 days. Then another week or so for the replacement. So dont pay for faster shipping. That is my only complaint.
