Disappointing Materials: I ordered expecting that the heavy and thick nature of the chair mat would mean it would do well on medium pile carpet. It doesn't. The vinyl is so flexible that the (6) casters of my chair formed permanent impressions in the mat, causing making it difficult to roll the chair out of the craters.
