Cheaply made. Looks like a wig and a carpet. I see why they have a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately I did not install mine until recently, just to discover the quality of the item when I opened the box. Therefore I missed the return date. If I knew there was even a 1 day return policy, I would have sent it back immediately.I guess I'll use it as a dog pad.
