was giving for gift to brother for his new car after your site got weird the wrong mat was sent i asked for a grey mat for a 2012 honda crv ex model WITH light sensor what i got was a mat for 2007 -2011 with no light sensor. then when i contacted your company they sent link for shipping label.i dont have a printer so i cant print label then they said because it was my fault i would pay for shipping. i spend 1000s of dollars a year on products from ebay and never have been treated like this. that is why the wrong dashmat will be thrown in the trash like your so called company.if you wanted to keep good customers you need to follow the customer protection policies that ebay practices.especially for a return customer.very angry and will never shop with you again..thanks for ruining the gift i had for my brother for christmas, made me look very bad......Didn't really fit but I made it workI was so happy when I got this in the mail. It fit my car perfectly.When I received the dash cover it was obviously made for another vehicle. I have a 2012 Honda CRV and it appeared the dash cover was made for a Mack Truck... No problems on the return.... Amazon is very helpful on all returns.The dash mat fit perfectly. But the velcro would not stick to my 2014 cr-v dash . My dash is not smooth .it did not fit right at all was lopsided hung over to much to long and not cut right to match air ducts n speakers etc..This dashmat was easy to install and fits perfectly in my 2011 CR-V. The color matches the interior very well.They sent the wrong one and now they say they do not have for a 2013 honda just a waste of time
