The hose broke after three months of normal careful use. Replacement fee for shipping is $47. They also won't replace the hose cover that was on the hose. (Another $30 - $50.). They did offer to replace the hose at a reduced price. They are also good at answering inquiries promptly. And to add insult to injury, we purchased the asurion plan which does not cover the product until after the warranty period. Very unhappy- lesson learned. No more 3rd party purchases on major items. AND make sure you review every little thing before submitting the order button. That was my bad - Highly recommend not purchasing this item.
